Better operations
Running an operation while building the systems that move it forward.

People, process, and platforms.
From the idea.
Into the real world.
Nine years managing projects for a nonprofit specialty retailer, following three years as Assistant Manager. I run orders across in-store and online channels, roll out systems, train staff and write the reports developers build from.
Run the operation and the projects that change it: orders across in-store and online channels, the point-of-sale work, staff training and the problem reports developers build from.
One operation, many systems.
Product, inventory, orders, customers and reporting were fragmented across systems. Keeping them connected depended on people carrying each handoff.
Build it into the daily routine.
I led the original Square POS rollout from catalog, inventory and hardware setup through payments, workflow testing and staff training. I also built a local MCP operations layer, a Shopify GraphQL data pipeline and ContentEngine, a publishing workflow with human approval.
Bring physical and online commerce together.
The organization chose Shopify POS to unify commerce; I am implementing that direction through catalog and inventory configuration, checkout hardware, workflow testing and staff transition.
Working systems. Ongoing modernization.
The original POS became part of daily checkout and inventory routines. The MCP operations layer and ContentEngine are in internal use. The move onto Shopify POS remains in progress.
Every handoff.
One connected flow.

Commerce data
Products, inventory, orders, and customers are the shared foundation. The pipeline draws this information from Shopify.
